Experienced journeyman technician for commercial and industrial HVAC and hydronic service—chillers, boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and controls. Strong troubleshooting, EPA certification, and union eligibility required. $55.15–$65.15/hr, benefits, company truck.

- Commercial/industrial HVAC: 3 years minimum (required)
- Journeyman-level experience required
- Verifiable commercial service experience required
- EPA certification required
- Valid driver's license required
